How long will it take to get my order? We will normally ship your order on the same or next business day. The time it takes is dependent on your location. We also offer in-store pick up for our local customers or any of our customers visiting us.

What is the return policy?

Our return policy is 30 days from purchase date for orders shipped online, and 7 days return/ 14 day exchange for product picked up in store.

Can I purchase products online?

Yes! You can purchase products online. You will find a limited number of products available online at We are currently focusing on limited categories and will bring other sports online as seasons approach. Products purchased online will be shipped from our local store, as well as being available for pickup. All of our stores are independently owned and operated, which means the mix of products available is dependent on what each store has in stock. We will be expanding our selection with Baseball, Soccer and Lacrosse in 2019, followed by Fitness, Footwear and Apparel.

Will all products be available for online purchasing?

As mentioned, not all products will be available for purchase online. Currently offers hockey, Semiahmoo Team wear, and baseball products for online purchase. Other sport categories and products will be added in the future.

Some items will not be eligible for online purchase due to manufacturer restrictions. Other items may be too large or too expensive to ship. Products available for online purchase will feature an “Add to Cart” button. Those products not available for online purchase will show a “Not Available Online” message indicating that this product cannot be purchased online.
